Held by the automatic filter (flagged, or very borderline). Hidden from everyone but the uploader until approved. Undecided after 24h = auto-rejected. Images are deleted once decided.

Auto-placed when a report sits unreviewed 24h and the classifier agrees (or it's a severe category). Resolving the report lifts it; lift here to clear a pile-on without resolving.

Existing account: leave password blank to promote as-is. New email: creates an admin-only account with the password you set; it never appears in the app. An owner has every permission regardless of the checkboxes above.

For a deletion request sent to legal@panomus.com. Deletes the account now, the same way the 30-day deactivation job does: profile, interests, messages they sent, and everything else listed in the Privacy Policy. This can't be undone. Verify the request came from the account's own email first.

Fixed codes discount whole dollars. A subscription discount applies to the first invoice only, unless "Free months" is set — then it repeats for that many invoices (e.g. 100% off + 3 = three months free).

Company orgs are created automatically when someone verifies an email on a new company domain, with the website's own icon as their logo. Check the domain's website, then grant the verified check if it's a real company. "Refetch logo" reads the website's icon again.
